Abstract :
In this paper, we have studied the moisture absorption and desorption ability of composite humidity controlling material, which were made by the wet conditioning gel (the high water-absorbent resin adsorbing salts solution), high water-absorbent resin (sodium polyacrylate) and inorganic salt mixed into the matrix material separately. And the matrix material is the gypsum added plant fiber 10%. The different effects of the wet conditioning gel, high water absorbent resin and inorganic salt on the moisture absorption and desorption ability were discussed in the use circumstance condition. The results indicate that the effects of the wet conditioning gel on the moisture absorption and desorption ability are more excellent than that of high water-absorbent resin and inorganic salt at the same content. When the content of LiCl in the wet conditioning gel is 15%, the moisture absorption and desorption action is best.
