Abstract :
Studies the dynamics of objects in a multidatabase context with respect to time, and proposes to incorporate the temporal active database paradigm into multidatabases to provide a suitable platform for specifying how global interfaces react to the anticipated dynamic changes of both local databases and global users. Since global interfaces take requests from the global users and retrieve data from the local databases to reply to the users, these interfaces should actively respond to either changes in the databases or changes in the global users
