Abstract :
Presented is the Grocery Transporter, a device that is capable of lifting 150 pounds up a wall thereby providing a service to an older couple that requires assistance bringing groceries (or other items) into the second floor entrance of their house. Detailed is a mechanical winch and dolly system with an accompanying discussion of a relay and limit switch system that controls the Transporter. Also included is the simple operating methodology
