Abstract :
Cloning of new NAC transcription factors from maize (Zea mays). The length of new ZmNAC cDNAs were cloned by RT-PCR, designing the degenerate primer based on the conserved domains of NAC transcription factor. The length of ZmNAC cDNA sequence was isolated from maize, and it contain 750bp more or less. The results showed that a new center sequence of ZmNAC transcription factor was cloned in maize.
