Abstract :
On behalf of the ISPSD conference committee, it is with great honor and pleasure that I welcome you to the 24th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD´12). ISPSD is the premier forum for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and applications. This symposium brings together both industry and academic professionals in the field of power semiconductor devices and circuits from around the globe. Over the past 20+ years, the ISPSD has grown to become the most important and leading conference related to power devices.
