  • Abstract
    An athermal silicon-slot-waveguide ring resonator embedded with benzocyclobutene (BCB), which is low-k material for electronics, was proposed and demonstrated. The temperature dependence of the drop wavelengths as small as -0.6 pm/K was achieved.
