Abstract :
For probe into the application of Azotobacter on Eucalypt plantation, the method of dip roots was used for Azotobacter inoculation to the seedling roots of GL09 Clone of Eucalyptus urophylla × E.grandis . The experiment result show that there were distinct effects of Azotobacter on Seedlings Growth and chlorophyll content and nitric acid deoxidize enzyme activity of GL09 Clone of Eucalyptus urophylla × E.grandis, and produced distinct difference on Eucalypt seedling by different species or different strain of Azotobacter.
