Abstract :
The temperature of condensate water has greatly influenced on differential pressure level indicator in operation, which makes level measurement not accurate. When the change of drum pressure is very little, the compensation of drum level will be accurately carried out if the average temperature of condensate water can be measured. Data fusion technology is introduced into drum level compensation of the boiler in this paper, which uses arithmetic average in batch estimation to ensure the average temperature of condensate water so that the accuracy and reliability of drum level measurement can be obviously improved compared with arithmetic average method. It is proved that the method is valid by an example.
