Abstract :
Triangular cavity backed T slot planar antenna is proposed for 60 GHz applications. Triangular cavity is designed using surface integrated waveguide technology. It exhibits the gain of 8.77 dBi. It has wide bandwidth of 8.4% at center frequency. Sidelobe level in E and H plane are -11.7 dB and -12.1 dB, respectively.
