Abstract :
In paper presents design and implementation of teaching and management application systems in college based on 3G communication network technology, mainly expounding the system architecture design and typical business subsystem module functions, and focusing on typical applications of system, such as practice teaching management and mobile phone classroom, as well as the main technologies for system realization.
