Abstract
This paper aims to show that the form of lateral vibration of piezoelectric ceramics is the main factor in the generation of crosstalk in the piezoelectric transducer arrays, although there are related on the issue of crosstalk jobs, no detailed studies on the lateral vibration mode. The results presented here are just the beginning about the topic of interest as part of a line of research focused on the development of transducers for medical applications, where the best performance of the transducers is reflected in better diagnosis.
