Abstract :
The paper is devoted to the harmonic oscillations of electromagnetic waves in stratified and non-hornogeneous slices x≥0, when electromagnetic field depends on one spatial variable x, time t and is periodic on t. Here these waves are written using boundary data for electromagnetic field with X=0.
