Abstract :
The [Cu-C6H5ClOS-C5H7NO3-1-10-phen]2+ interacted with the Calf thymus DNA in solution was studied by fluorescence - spectrometry. The model that the complex interacted with DNA was found : electrostatic action and intercalation.
