Abstract :
Conditions of the extraction of polysaccharides from protocorms of Dendrobium candidum were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum technology of isolation is to extract about 3 times and 0.5 hours each time in 30 times water at 100°C, the ways to break cell is high-speed homogenate. After 24h, the mRNA expressions of NF-κB was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The results suggested that Polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum can decline the mRNA expressions of NF-κB in the vascular endothelial cells (ECV304) when it´s induction and cultivation under high glucose.
