Abstract :
To study on the effects of Paeoniflorin in Sini San on sleep time Method: Paeoniflorin in Sini San is studied by the method of prolonging sleep time in mice made by sodium pentobarbital. Results: Paeoniflorin in Sini San can increase duration of mice sleep time evidently. Conclusion: Study on the effects of Paeoniflorin in Sini San on sleep time provided a basic data for the further studies on effective constituents and the effecting mechanism of Sini San.
