Abstract :
The consequence of IT-based war will inevitably bring about enormous economic losses, both direct and indirect, to the belligerents. This essay mainly studies on the evaluation model of economic losses in the IT-based war on the basis of research findings home and abroad, which is of great theoretically guiding significance.
