  • Abstract
    Influenced by global financial crisis and expanding enrolment of higher education, college students face serious employment and re-employment situation. College students must own core competence if they want to get success in employment competition. The professional training model adapting to market needs is to develop comprehensive professionals with advantages in creation, which can be achieved by enforcing humanism education for students, guiding them to perfect their personalities, increasing their advantages in employment and entrepreneur competition. In this article, Set Theory is used to work out and implement professional training plan, design and carry out colorful cultural theme activities on campus, increase the effectiveness of those activities, improve students´ soft and hard skills, heighten the matching among students´ ability in competition, university competitive power and enterprise´s competitive power so that college students are confident enough to find first job, choose occupations again and do pioneering work.
