Abstract :
Soil enzymes play a key role in the material cycle and energy flow in soil ecosystem. Typical soils andrhizosphere of vegetation are selected as samples to determine the activity of enzymes, including catalase, iurease, vrease and phosphatase, which are gathered from Haizhou, Kangping county of Liaoning province. The results showed that the activity of soil enzymes in fixed sand dune is highest, and that of the moving sand dune is lowest. Furthermore, the activity of soil enzymes existing in the rhizospheres of different vegetations varies obviously, and soil enzyme in the rhizospheres of herbaceous vegetation, especially Iris, is higher than that of the others, such as trees and shrubs.
