Abstract
Organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls content can be obtained By measuring Wanzhou of the Yangtze River and Wanzhou Zhuxi River water environment (water, aquatic biota, sediment): Water and Sediment content of organochlorine pesticides and PCBs are increased flowing down; Organochlorine pesticides in the water and Sediment are β-HCH>; δ-HCH>; α-HCH>; γ-HCH, and pp´-DDE>; pp´-DDD>; op´-DDT>; pp´-DDT. Seasonal variation (dry and wet) the concentration of organic pollutants is obviously in water. Fish samples in Wanzhou of the Yangtze River are detected 15 kinds of POPs (HCHs, DDTs and PCBs) priority pollutants. Compared with the deposition of water and fish-like object detection results, the detection of the target substance concentration in fish is surrounded by water and sediment concentrations thousands of times. This is showed that organic matter in Wanzhou river have appeared in fish bioaccumulation effect. Through pollution assessment and risk assessment in Persistent organic pollutants, persistent organic pollutants on benthic river is very low risk of harm to human beings and biological contamination risk. Although OCPs and PCBs in water environment were very low, the impact on human health can not be ignored. Therefore certain measures were taken to clean emissions from industrial wastewater and agricultural non-point source pollution control.
