  • Abstract
    Stem were used as explants on exploring the tissue culture technology of Chrysanthemum Morifolium. The results showed that the best medium for inducing adventitious bud and rooting were MS+2.0 mg/ L 6-BA+ 0.2 mg/ L NAA and 1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA, respectively.
