Abstract :
In the process of informatization, the non-standardization of information source, information channel and information home is likely to affect the public information security, so that the users would make improper decisions.Thus all kinds of effective measures would make to optimize the public information including cleaning up the information source,reorganizing the information channel and discriminating the information home.
