            Abstract :
In this paper, a dual-polarized dielectric resonator antenna is demonstrated for 60GHz WiFi RF front-end. The antenna is composed of an alumina ceramic cube and fed by a single layer microstrip structure. The simple antenna topology allows for an ideal solution for antenna-in-package at 60GHz. The demonstrated antenna features 22.6% bandwidth around 60GHz with 90% radiation efficiency simulated across 10GHz bandwidth. Isolation between the two orthogonal polarizations is better than 18dB across the bandwidth.
