Abstract
In this work, the Fock currents on the convex cylinders are comprehensively studied. The contour deformation method is invoked to calculate the highly oscillatory Fock currents. The computational process is frequency independent in workload. Then, quadratic phase approximation is proposed to efficiently solve the highly oscillatory scattered field. Numerical results for the high frequency scattered far fields on the convex cylinders are given to validate the efficiency of the proposed method. Furthermore, the contour deformation method for computing the Fock currents offers a clear high frequency wave physical picture.
