Abstract :
This paper proposes a six-layer conceptual architecture for spontaneous service provision. In the architecture, techniques of context-aware, semantic reasoning and service composition are smoothly synthesized. A dynamic service composition mechanism based on directed attributed graphs is introduced on the basis of functional characteristics of architecture. It maintains a repository of service graphs, dynamically combines multiple basic meta-services into complex services, and enables services within pervasive computing environment to interact automatically. We illustrate our ideas through a scenario of conference travel service in different pervasive environment, which demonstrates the feasibility of our architecture.
