  • Abstract
Any paper which seeks to explore the impact upon the adjudication process of the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (“the Act”) does so with a single question in mind-will the provisions for adjudication within the Act provide a quick and effective method for resolving disputes?
