Abstract
Adjudication has not been defined as far as the law is concerned but is usually described as a quick fix procedure, “a pay now argue later” procedure in settling legislative disputes. Here, the author argues that only time will tell therefore whether or not adjudication will be the answer to the construction and engineering industry´s ills but there are certainly procedural aspects which will require clarification at an early stage
