Abstract :
17 tomato cultivars inoculated with larva nematodes were used in this paper to investigate their resistance to root knot nenatodes. The results showed that gall index of LA1312, 3601, HA4402, LA1007 were higher than other tomato cultivars. Compared with control "Caihong101\´, root activity of LA06SS was higher, and the lowest root activity was observed in 3601, whose gall index was the highest among all the tested cultivars. The activity of POD, PAL, SOD, PPO in LA3640, 3471, LA2912, LA0655 were higher than the other specieses. Considering the gall index and the activity of the protect enzyme, the best varieties with resistance to root knot nematodes were LA3640, 3471, LA2912, LA0655.
