Abstract
We consider the problem of output feedback stabilization for a class of nonlinear systems without zero dynamics. We address this problem by means of a combination of domination and homogeneity methods. The novelty is twofold: a) the resulting controller is weighted homogeneous at infinity but with a linear growth close to the origin; b) a new recursive observer design method is proposed
