Abstract :
In this work an algorithm for the calculation of the characteristics of microstrip antenna arrays (MSAA) with dielectric coating has been developed. Linear and square antenna arrays have been investigated. The following characteristics were obtained: antenna pattern, gain and VSWR. It was shown that changing of the dielectric coating parameters leads to substantial changes of the antenna array radiation characteristics.
