Abstract :
In terms of the broadband ship´s radiation noise time-domain signal simulation problem, the paper discusses the application effects of the two numerical simulation methods of linear filtering and Fourier inverse transform, and provides the principles and realization steps of the two methods, as well as compares the two by the combination of application. The simulation result shows that Fourier inverse transform method features high precision, great versatility, strong flexibility, which can implement real-time signal simulation based on every power spectrum with different spectral features. The produced noise fully embraces the required spectral features of continuous spectrum and line spectrum. Therefore the method can more effectively address the broadband ship radiation noise simulation problems of different ship types and under different working conditions.
