  • Abstract
    Facing the problem of punching-teeth process accuracy is not high in hardware manufacturing field,this paper discusses image signal collection, pre-processing, object orientation system structure and working thesis of juicer cutter plate in punching-teeth process, based on image real time processing technology. Through CCD collection image information,image mode matching,using maximum intra-class variance heredity method and Roberts edge detection operator, this experiment realizes image threshold segmentation and edge detection. Finally, with analysis, calculating and processing,the object location of punching-teeth is true and accurate.
