Abstract :
The constant current is changed through changing the preload pressure affected on the GMM´s stick, and the relation among constant current and Micro-displacement output and preload pressure is researched, then the best optimal preload pressure is analyzed with least-squares method, the coincidence degree of the loading and unloading loop curve for different current is analyzed under the most optimal preload pressure, and the best optimal operating current made on the tool carrier is analyzed. It has provided theoretical and experimental foundation for the Micro-feed tool carrier based on the GMM used in precision manufacture field since the best parameters are decided.
