Abstract :
Ionic liquids(ILs) were used as additives to protect the the inactivation of lipase CALB entrapped in sol-gel matrix. The effect of different kinds and the amount of ILs was studied. The highest activity of immobilized CALB was obtained when [Bmim]BF4 was used as additive, and the amount was 25% to precursor (V/V). By mean of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and N2 adsorption, the mechanism of influence to immobilized CALB by ILs was studied preliminarily.
