  • Abstract
    Customer loyalty degree is the source of gaining enterprise profit and the guarantee of obtaining competitive edge in the e-commerce age. The thesis illustrates the new connotation of customer loyalty degree under e-commerce conditions and constructs the evaluation index system of customer loyalty. In the view of features of e-commerce model together with the limitations of existing method of assessing customer´s loyalty, combining with principle and superiority of gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm, the thesis puts forward E- loyalty pattern based on gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Under e-commerce conditions, the analysis of gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of customer loyalty indicates that this model can give scientifically and reasonably analysis to the correlation of elements affecting customer loyalty even though the correlation is partially indefinite and hard to accurately quantitate. The model provides reference for developing customer loyalty.
