Abstract :
With high-speed development of Global Positioning System (GPS), applications of the GPS technology for commercial and personal usage have become very popular. GPS tracking is one of the most interesting study areas among the various applications. Most of the current GPS tracking systems do not support remote monitoring. Several scenarios raise the concern of developing a GPS tracking system with remote monitoring. This paper presents details on implementation of such GPS tracking system. Field tests are carried out to evaluate the performance of the designed system.
