Abstract :
For the purpose of cooling the high-speed wire rod quickly to fit reasonable temperature during the water cooling process, the hitting force parameters calculation method is present with the analysis of water cooling principle of high-speed wire rod, and the measuring software is developed with the signal measuring function. The 2D and 3D hitting power analysis function are included, which provide good base for improving cooling effect and product quality.
