Abstract :
The information has already become an important means to accelerate the optimization and upgrade of the shipping industry, to realize the leaping development of the river navigation. Basing on analyzing the present situation and problems of the river navigation management information, the paper has designed the overall scheme on the river navigation management information, which including the basic principles, general goal and overall framework, etc. Then, it has taken the Huai´an segment of the Grand Canal for example to validate the scheme. Finally, it has put forward the guarantee suggestion to implement the overall scheme.
