            Abstract : 
This paper describes a thermal wattmeter that measures ac power within 10 ppm (1 /spl sigma/) at power frequencies. The instrument relates ac power to dc standards. Its main achievement is that its few components can be separately evaluated and by this means its total uncertainty estimated.
