Abstract :
Transport of video over IP networks is one of the most perspective directions of broadcast development and the hottest subjects among broadcasters and carriers. Setting a standard for IPTV is very difficult. There is a lot of areas that must be covered during standardization. Not only technical aspect should be taken into account-we should find out how such aspects as the size of the output IP packet from a transmitting device and the bit rates influence on the subjective assessment of the quality of television pictures. The aim of the current work is to show such dependences and to explain them
