Abstract :
The estimation and monitoring of partial discharge (PD) in high voltage electrical systems (HV) allow the identification and forecast problems associated with transformers and insulators. For this purpose, this paper presents an estimation procedure of partial discharges using data fusion techniques based on fuzzy OWA operators (Ordered Weighted Average) and its uncertainties. It is presented some results obtained from the analysis of partial discharge signals measured in the laboratory using a measurement circuit in accordance with the IEC60270 requirements.
