Abstract :
This article analyzes the threats of peasant´s livelihood after losing land, and delimits the connotation of lost-land peasant´s sustainable livelihood, finally, rebuilds the compensations of land expropriation based on sustainable livelihood. They are agricultural land prices/the payment of employment and development and the price of social security. It calculates the agricultural land prices by using income capitalization approach; counts the payment of employment and development based on urban residents with equivalent education level; and determines the value of social security by establishing the lost-land peasants´ special account.
