Abstract :
A novel method is proposed for the supply restoration problem of medium voltage distribution networks, which is utilized by a hierarchical and distributed control strategy. For the implementation of the analogism-computation technique, an information representation method is designed; a novel connectionism-based analogism-computation model (ACM) is proposed. The principle of ACM is analyzed firstly, and then the predictive analysis method employing the dynamic programming technique is introduced; the method for the provision of analogy-bases are presented, and the work flow for solving the whole supply restoration is provided. The test results are promising.
