            Abstract : 
In this paper, the fundamental concept of CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems) is introduced, and the basic structure based on the BPS (Business Planning System) /MES(Manufacturing Execution System)/ PCS (Process Control System)of CIMS is described. The functional design on the BAS(Building Automatic System) of subways is developed, and analyzes the advantage of BAS using MES. Practice shows this system design is reasonable, and production process automation and management science can be realized, and it can be improved the management efficiency of BAS.
