Abstract :
Personal disease management and prevention are essential for promoting the healthy community. How to establish the health promotion environment becomes an attractive topic in nowadays. In this paper, we investigate the approaches of patient monitoring and care under the cloud-based telecare system. By considering the scenarios for fixed and mobile users, the cost-effective health promoting methods are proposed and simple experiments are conducted verify the effectiveness of the methods.
