Abstract :
New universal and constructible approach for mathematical description of physical hysteresis is presented. This approach is based on using set-valued differential equation with discontinuous right-side and on a shape parametrization of a hysteresis relation. Developed model of hysteresis is efficiently applied for vibrational analysis of an image motion and for synthesis a control of the image motion oscillations at a Earth observing telescope
