Abstract :
I will review some of the recent progress in this rapidly moving field, with emphasis on programs at Conductus to develop digital signal processors, memories, A to D converters, multichip modules and hybrid devices. Examples include 8 bit counting and flash A to D converters (some with sampling rates >20 GHz) and 512 bit shift registers operating at over 75 GHz
