Abstract :
The growth of family enterprises is a continual and gradual process of advance, evolvement and development, which can be divided into four growth stages as the primitive stage, the classical stage, the standardized stage and the autonomous stage. Sustainable development is of vital importance for family enterprises to develop and step up competitiveness. On the basis of the methods for measuring the level of clanization of the relationship among the staff in the family enterprises, this paper suggested the method of measuring the clanization on two levels of ownership and management control, and carried out quantitative determination for every growth stage of family enterprises in the hope of guiding the family enterprises to find out the best strategy for sustainable development.
