Abstract :
This paper conducts on the discussion of the disadvantages of the traditional blood separation technique, puts forward the brand-new blood separation theory and the fully automatic blood component separation machine system is developed. The separation machine system is composed of the upper PC with special purpose software HIT-WG-A installed, CAN communication network and lower separation machine. HIT-WG-A is intended for setting up the separation program and managing data by the user in the process of manufacturing, while the lower separation machine, transfused the blood components after hard spin centrifugation to the individual bags as required by the users, employing the multiregional optical sensor and unique expressing apparatus. The clinical test and mass production for test prove that its general performance is quite satisfactory and could be used extensively.
