Abstract :
An efficient scheduling algorithm can make full use of the network resources, particularly in the high-load network. In this paper, a new PCU scheduling algorithm is given, which is based on Nash Equilibrium, and aiming at making sure that all users in the network (both GPRS and EDGE users) can get the best speed as possible.
