Abstract
A method of commerce search engine evaluation is presented, which combines triangular fuzzy number (TFN) with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to compare and evaluate performances of three commerce search engines. The research aims to provide enterprises with optimal search engine to enable the enterprises to save time so as to seize a commerce chance. Both qualitative and quantitative factors are taken into consideration. The fuzzy vectors of different search engines are ranked and priority ranking orders of search engines are established. By synthesizing the results, FAHP provides a clear rationale for the choice. Further, the use is of practical value for enterprises under Web platform to acquire commerce information timely.
